Setting up Netscape Mail for the Macintosh Netscape Communicator 4.x


1. Open Netscape Communicator and click on Edit > Preferences

2. Click on Mail & Groups > Identity. and Fill in the following fields:
  • Your Name: Your Name Goes Here.
  • Email Address: your_username@wzrd.com

    3. Click on Mail Server. and Fill in the following fields:
  • Mail Server Username: Your Username Goes Here.
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.wzrd.com
  • Incoming mail server: mail.wzrd.com.
  • Mail server type: Choose POP3 option.

    4. Click on the More Options button on the lower right.

    5. Choose the Remember my mail password option, Click OK

    Congratulations!
    You have successfully configured Netscape Mail for the Macintosh
