What you need to use CallWave:

The CallWave software
downloaded and installed from CallWave.com.

"Call Forward On
Busy" feature activated by your telephone service provider
using the 1-800-380-4341 as the phone number to forward your calls
to when your telephone line is busy. E.g. Verizon.

"Call
Waiting" feature disabled on your telephone line.
